NOTE: This Wrap-up video is a little different. I did it for a client (who agreed to let me share it) who wanted my long term perspective on two REIT’s: EQIX and DLR. This is the kind of analysis I do when I buy for my long-term ( 1yr + holding period) account. Hopefully the
